Abnormal rotation of excavator after starting

Nov 29th,2024 821 Views
Small excavators, such as earthmoving, water, cargo, etc., are important tasks to ensure that Small excavators complete the project and perform proper high-frequency rotation daily operations to ensure the quality and efficiency of the project.
In addition, due to the high frequency of use, many operators often encounter problems such as abnormal rotation, sloshing and slow motion during construction.
Analysis and inspection:
one. Due to normal service experience, the position of the rotary pilot handle and the normal handle has been changed, but the vibration of the handle has not been changed.
2. Observe the external safety valve and pressure valve of the rotating machinery to check for wear and other abnormal conditions.
Therefore, to determine whether there is a problem inside the rotating motor, open the motor cover, and then directly check whether the contact surface between the switch board and the cylinder block is severely worn.
At this time, the cause of the steering vibration failure can be determined arbitrarily.
3. Blindly replace and reinstall new parts and confirm that the fault still exists.
The problem is difficult to understand.
Remember that no assembly errors were detected during assembly.
However, in order to solve this problem, only the rotating motor was disassembled and checked, no other problems were found after opening, and there was no problem with assembly.
4. After reassembling the parts, a small gap was found in the seal underneath the rotating mechanical brake cylinder, but it was suddenly discovered that this was the root cause of the failure.
Troubleshooting and analysis:
Reinstall the test machine after replacing the seal under the mechanical brake cylinder.
Function is normal, handle does not shake.
Many people don't know why small gaps in the seal shake the handle.
Now we know how the vibrating motor releases the mechanical brake and lowers the safety lock.
The mechanical brake releases the 4 MPa pilot pressure and pushes the brake piston against the spring force.
If there is a gap or wear in the seal, the brake cylinder will not be sealed and the braking time will be longer.
When the rotation begins, the brake is not fully released, so the spring vibrates for a while, the rotation stops, and then the braking time stops.
Shortening has almost no effect and causes jitter.
