1. When cleaning the hydraulic system of the excavator, please apply gear oil or oil test to carry out the work. Gasoline, ethanol, steam, or other liquids are not recommended. Avoid etching hydraulic press parts, pipes, car fuel tanks and hydraulic seals.

2. In the whole cleaning process, the hydraulic pump will be excited and heated at the same time to clean the material. If the temperature of the cleaner is 50-80°C, the vulcanized rubber residue in the system software can be easily eliminated.

3. When cleaning, the pipe can be continuously connected with a non-metallic material hammer. This helps to eliminate accumulation in the pipeline.

4. The intermittent operation of the hydraulic pump is conducive to improving the actual cleaning effect, and the intermittent time is 10 to 30 minutes.

5. It is proposed to install one or more filters on the bent pavement of the oil control circuit. A large number of magazine boxes and 80-mesh filters are available for gradual cleaning. After cleaning, replace the filter with a filter screen of 150 mesh or higher.

6. The cleaning time depends on the system software diversity, overworry degree regulations, environmental pollution level, etc. Usually 48 to 60 hours.

7. In order to better avoid moisture erosion in the outside body, the hydraulic pump must be continuously operated after cleaning to ensure that the temperature is restored.

8. After cleaning, remove cleaning oil from the power circuit.
