Loader drive system fault resolution

The diesel engine is working normally, but the loader cannot move. Firstly, check the oil limit valve and transmission pressure gauge of the transmission. If a shortage of oil is found, new oil should be added, but not too much, otherwise it may cause the transmission to heat up. Then check the working device and loader. If the working device rises and falls normally and the whole machine can turn, but the loader cannot move, it must be caused by damage to the variable speed pump. If the working device cannot move and the whole machine cannot turn, the loader cannot move, it is mostly caused by the steel plate connecting bolts of the torque converter being cut or the elastic plate being broken. At this time, the damaged parts must be replaced or repaired.
2. The loader can only move forward and cannot move backward. Firstly, check if the transmission pressure is normal. If the pressure decreases when shifting to reverse gear, it indicates that there is too much oil leakage in the reverse gear section. It is necessary to replace the reverse piston ring and the friction plate with severe wear, and adjust the reverse clearance to the specified value. If the reverse gear does not reduce the pressure, it indicates that the forward gear is stuck. It is necessary to check whether the isolation ring on the inner gear ring of gear I is broken. If it breaks, it should be updated in a timely manner.
3. The I gear drive is weak, while the other gears are normal. Firstly, check the transmission pressure. If the pressure in gear I is below 1kPa, the drive will inevitably be weak. The cause is severe abrasion or wear of the piston ring in gear I, and damage to the "O" - shaped sealing ring on the outside of the oil cylinder. At this point, the damaged piston ring or sealing ring must be replaced. If there is no pressure drop on the shift pressure gauge in the I gear position, it is likely that the shift lever has not been adjusted properly and should be readjusted.
4. The loader cannot move forward or backward, but the variable speed pressure, boom, bucket, and steering are all normal. When troubleshooting this issue, first check if there is a lack of oil in the transmission and if the oil inlet pipeline is blocked. Then check the transmission oil pan and torque converter oil filter. If any foreign objects such as metal fragments are found, it can be confirmed that there are damaged parts in the overrunning clutch inside the transmission; If aluminum shavings are found in the transmission oil pan and torque converter oil filter, it can be confirmed that there are damaged parts in the torque converter. The transmission and torque converter must be disassembled and inspected, and the damaged parts must be repaired or replaced. After excluding the above reasons, if the machine still cannot move, it may be due to the gear on the intermediate shaft falling off, resulting in the inability to output power.
5. The drive is weak and the loader stops running. Check the oil limit valve next to the transmission, and if a lack of oil is found, add new oil. If the oil level is normal, the transmission pressure gauge should be checked. If the pressure gauge pointer swings violently, it indicates insufficient oil supply. You can check whether the oil inlet pipeline is blocked, whether the rubber hose is foaming, whether the torque converter oil filter is blocked, and whether the filter element of the oil filter is clean in sequence. If it is the above reasons, the corresponding symptoms should be excluded.
