9. When lifting dangerous goods and the suspended goods are close to full load, the brakes should be checked before lifting, lifting 150~200mm for static braking, and then rising to 500mm off the ground for landing dynamic braking if reliable, confirming reliable braking performance and then lifting smoothly.
