The reason of influencing the work efficiency of shaker

1. Stroke and stroke times mainly affect the loose, stratified and selective transport of ore particles on the bed surface. Stroke and stroke times are two important factors related to each other. Small stroke and high stroke times should be used when selecting fine grained materials, and the opposite is true when selecting coarse grained materials.
For coarse materials (2.0 -- 0.074 mm), the stroke can be adjusted between 15 and 27 mm, and the stroke can be adjusted between 250^280 times/min.
For slime, the stroke is 11-13 mm and the stroke is 350-360 times/min. However, the most suitable stroke stroke is generally determined by test, and it is generally not adjusted in operation.
2. The washing water and the horizontal slope of the bed surface mainly affect the movement speed of the ore particles in the transverse direction and the looseness of the foam layer. Increasing the slope can increase the speed of the water flow. Generally, when dealing with fine grained materials, the slope should be smaller, and when dealing with coarse grained materials, the slope should be larger.
The slope can be adjusted from 0° to 10°. The following values can be used as a reference for the slope of different materials:
For coarse grades less than 2 mm, use 3.5 ° -- 4°;
2.5 ° - 3.5 ° for materials less than 0.5 mm;
2° - 2.5° for fine grained materials less than 0.1 mm;
For slime (0.074 mm), use about 20. It should be noted that the choice of slope should be well matched with the amount of water. The water flow in the area is evenly distributed, the wave is not available, the ore is not piled up, the selection zone is obvious, the bandwidth is thin, and the bed surface is not suitable for the width of the mining area.
3, the concentration of ore feed, the amount of ore feed and the amount of dry ore feed to the shaker and the concentration of ore feed determine the slurry volume to the person. The concentration of feed ore and the volume of feed ore have a great influence on the selection of shaker. If the concentration of feed ore is too large, the pulp turnover is large, the fluidity is bad, and many heavy minerals cannot be stratified and zoned. If the concentration is too thin, in addition to reducing the productivity of the shaker, fine concentrate will be lost to the tailings. The appropriate pulp concentration should ensure sufficient fluidity of the pulp and the stratification and zonation of the ore particles on the bed surface. The normal feeding concentration of the shaker is generally 15%-30%.
4. Feed properties The density, particle size and shape of the ore particles in shaker feed 1 have a great influence on the sorting index. When the density difference between the heavy mineral and the light mineral is greater than 1.5, it can be smoothly separated on the shaking table. Similar spherical particles and coarse particles are easily washed away by water. In the product obtained by hydraulic classification, the average particle size of the heavy mineral is much smaller than that of the light mineral, which is conducive to the separation stratification and improve the sorting effect.
The feed volume is also an important factor in the operation of the shaker. If the feed volume is certain, the feed concentration is too low, and the pulp volume increases, the recovery rate will decrease. If the amount of ore is certain, the concentration of ore is too large, it will also cause the recovery rate to decline.
The amount of ore given also depends on the size of the ore being treated.
